  • 200 grams apple or 200 grams zucchini with Steviala apple drops
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Kristal Sweet Cinnamon
  • 150 grams Steviala low carb almond flour
  • 30 grams Steviala low carb coconut flour
  • 75 grams cold butter
  • 25 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 5 Steviala sugar cookie drops
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Making sugarfree mini apple pies

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then knead the almond flour, coconut flour, butter, Kristal Sweet, sugar cookie drops and a pinch of salt into a dough. Then divide this into 5 portions. Next, divide 4 portions into the tartelette moulds. Save the last batch of dough for finishing. Then bake the bottoms for the sugarfree mini apple pies until they start to brown.

Meanwhile, cut 2 apples into small pieces or peel the zucchini and cut into pieces. Put the apple or zucchini pieces together with the cinnamon and the Steviala Kristal Sweet Cinnamon in a saucepan. If you take the zucchini, use 1 or more squeeze of Steviala drops apple to taste until you get the perfect apple taste. Heat this until al dente. For the zucchini, you easily take 15 minutes. Then remove the bottoms from the oven. Next, divide the apple or zucchini over the bottoms. Then roll out the remaining dough. You then cut strips of this and finish the sugarfree mini apple pies.
