Of course, the products of Steviala cannot be missed. Sanne used our low carb almond flour in combination with oat flour as the basis for this chocolate cake. She then spooned our sugarfree Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips through the chocolate cake batter. These sugarfree chocolate chips are bake resistant and therefore ideal for this chocolate cake. Finally, decorate the chocolate cake with some Steviala Oh' Choc! sugarfree chocolate paste and you can enjoy a delicious slice of this sugarfree and glutenfree chocolate cake!

  • 136 grams oat flour
  • 95 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 210 grams (lactosefree or plant-based) quark
  • 3 tablespoons Steviala Magical Maple
  • 25 grams cacao powder
  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 50 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Oh' Choc! sugarfree chocolate spread

Preparation

Making a sugarfree and glutenfree chocolate cake

First, start by preheating the oven to 165 degrees. Then line a cake tin with baking paper. You then take a large mixing bowl and beat the eggs in it, together with the vanilla aroma, almond milk and quark. Then add the oat flour, almond flour, Steviala Magical Maple, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Next, mix this into a smooth batter for this sugarfree and glutenfree chocolate cake. Then spoon the Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips through the batter and pour it into the cake tin. Then bake the sugarfree and glutenfree chocolate cake in the oven for 45 minutes. Check with a skewer if the cake is cooked. Is the top getting too brown? Then cover it with aluminium foil.

Then let the sugarfree and glutenfree chocolate cake cool down. Finally, pour some Steviala Oh' Choc! over the chocolate cake and enjoy!
